Nano Glacier Blanket
A revolutionary new product, our Nano Glacier Blankets provide the optimal temperature control for shipping your perishable products. The integrity and quality of your product will be preserved for an extended period of time with our reusable* ice packs as they thaw slower than ice, and in doing so, maintains a chilled environment for longer.
Our flexible ice pack systems are actually sheets of individually sealed pads that arrive flat. You can cut them to any configuration you need, soak them in water for just minutes and freeze. Unlike gel packs and dry ice, our Blankets are flexible when frozen. You can wrap it around your products to maintain overnight consistent temperatures throughout your shipping container.
Our Glacier Blanket solves the problem of expensive inbound freight costs of pre-made gel packs. Our Glacier Blankets are shipped dry, in lightweight rolls or cut to customer specification.

- Soak the Glacier Blankets for 15 minutes in freshwater. Tip: Using warm water shortens the hydration time.
- Remove the Glacier Blankets from the water and allow any surface water to drain away.
- Pat dry or air dry to avoid freezing together. Tip: Lay the Glacier Blanket in the freezer with the plastic side down.
- Freeze the hydrated Glacier Blankets. Tip: Don’t stack them more than 5 high.
- Remove from the freezer. Most blankets can freeze in just a few hours. We recommend a 24 hour period to get maximum performance.
- Finally, enclose your Glacier Blankets as you would usually use traditional ice or gel packs.
To maintain the required temperature:
- Frozen Blankets should be placed above your product (fabric side down), as cold temperature sinks downwards.
- Frozen Blankets should be interwoven with goods.
Blankets frozen below minus 15°C may burn uncovered skin.
Our Glacier Blankets are not limited to the food industry. Our Blankets can be used for the transportation of pharmaceutical products, the Blood Bank as well as cold compression treatment in the sports and animal rehabilitation industry.

The produce industry aims at providing customers with safe, high-quality food products. Proper transport and storage of produce throughout the distribution process is essential in maintaining food safety and quality. Our flexible Hydra Blankets are a hygienic ice product that helps keep produce fresher for longer during transportation.
Our blankets can be used in the pharmaceutical industry for the transportation of sensitive medical items and vaccines.
The Hydra Blanket range has a selection of blocks and sheets to work with all insulated dispatch boxes to ensure temperature maintenance of your products. Flexible even when frozen, these sheets provide superior cooling power without the mess. Versatile and convenient, our sheets can be cut to fit any application upon request.
Our Hydra Blankets are also used for general muscle and joint strain due to repetitive activity by providing relief from swelling, pain and inflammation while helping to reduce the risk of injuries (recurring or new) in these areas. Our blankets can also be used in the rehabilitation of animal injuries.

Trayliners
Meat Liners
Trayliners are placed on the base of packaging trays to prevent direct contact of the tray and it's contents. Trayliners have the ability to absorb almost twice as much water per unit weight as cotton towels and five times their own weight which makes them a better choice for multiple applications in the packaging industry.
Our Trayliners are ideal for meat packaging to aid in the absorbance of moisture by creating an ambient atmosphere for the food.

Soft Fruit Liners
Our liners are made with virgin airlaid pulp which we bond to a virgin perforated polyethylene layer. Ourliners can be customised to your size and specification with a professional embossed or plain design. In addition to the economic benefits of increased product shelf-life, our Soft Fruit Liners also prolong the visual appeal of the produce, by minimising discolouration.
Fish & Full Animal Carcass Liners
Designed with a higher gsm airlaid pulp these pads can absorb up to 5 litres per square meter and are ideal for packaging seafood and full animal carcasses (used for hunting & by abattoirs). Our Liners are available in 300mm x 800mm, 300mm x 500mm OR reels.

FOOD INDUSTRY BAGS - We manufacture and supply Greaseproof paper bags (various kit levels) as well as bread bags from sizes 1 – 6.

AGRICULTURAL FRUIT (SPECIALIZED) BAGS - We manufacture two types of bags for the Agri sector for both grapes and pomegranates:

- Aralar bags – Pomegranate and Grape bags. The material of these bags is specially sourced for the colour and properties to repel insects and withstand harsh weather conditions whilst protecting the fruit.
Stay Fresh
Ethylene Absorbers
As fruits, vegetables and floral products mature, ethylene gas is released into their packaged environment. In many cases these perishable products are sensitive to ethylene gas and can ripen or mature quicker when exposed to ethylene gas.
Our new 'Stay Fresh' line of activated charcoal ethylene absorbers allow suppliers of ethylene producing and ethylene sensitive goods to transport and store products without the fear of premature ripening. By removing ethylene from the storage and shipping environment, suppliers can reduce spoilage thereby increasing their profit.
Odour Absorbers
Our absorbers have an absorbency grade of 100cc/m², up to 26,000cc / m² and can be customised to your requirements.

Brushware
Our specialised industrial brushes are designed to clean away dirt and grime from a wide range of surfaces. Our brushes are made from 100% polypropylene and are built for even the most rugged use.
Our brushes offer good sweeping performance either indoors or outdoors, including environments with dampness or high humidity. Use our scrub brushes to clean linoleum, tile and even concrete without scratching or damaging the surfaces.

Squeegees

3 PLY Disposable Masks
We distribute 3 PLY disposable masks that are ideal for mouth and nose protection. Our masks are suitable for the following industries:

Our disposable masks are designed for single use and can be used for 4 hours before disposure. Masks can be stored for up-to 36 months from the date of production in ambient temperatures.
Our masks are sold in packs of 50 and come in a sealed, plastic encased box. Masks are not sold individually due to the risk of contamination.
Masks need to be stored at ambient temperatures in clean and dry conditions.

We manufacture and distribute 4 PLY reusable masks that are ideal for the medical industry and personal use. Our reusable masks can be used for a longer period of time with proper care* in between.
Each layer is designed to protect and filter air easily with a comfortable snug fit. Our masks are designed so that there are no time limits on how long a mask can be worn in one day. Our masks offer excellent breathability and are 100% splash resistant.
